CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE, VERIFICATION, CORRECTION, WITHDRAWAL, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY POLICY
RSYN Research LLP (An Academic Publishing and Research Services Organization)
1. Nature and Legal Status of Certificates
1.1 All certificates issued by RSYN Research LLP, whether digital or physical, are administrative acknowledgements of publication status based on records available at the time of issuance.
1.2 Certificates do not constitute:
- an academic degree or qualification,
- a statutory entitlement,
- a guarantee of acceptance by any university, regulatory authority, employer, or promotion committee,
- a legally enforceable right to benefits, marks, promotions, or recognition.
1.3 Certificates are not contracts of performance or outcome, but informational documents issued for reference, verification, and record purposes only.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
2.1 All certificates, serial numbers, verification records, QR codes, metadata, layouts, templates, designs, databases, and related systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of RSYN Research LLP.
2.2 No ownership, copyright, or proprietary interest is transferred to any author, editor, contributor, institution, or third party.
2.3 Unauthorized reproduction, alteration, commercialization, or misuse of certificates is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability.
3. Limited License to Certificate Holders
3.1 Certificate holders are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- download,
- print,
- display,
- submit certificates
solely for personal academic, institutional, and official purposes.
3.2 Certificates must not be:
- modified or edited,
- selectively excerpted,
- used in misleading contexts,
- presented as guarantees of regulatory approval or promotion eligibility.
4. Issuance, Errors, and Corrections
4.1 Certificates are generated based on:
- information provided by authors/editors,
- publisher records,
- automated systems (including third-party tools).
4.2 RSYN Research LLP does not warrant that certificates are free from typographical, clerical, formatting, data-entry, or system-generated errors.
4.3 RSYN Research LLP reserves the absolute right to:
- correct errors,
- issue revised certificates,
- replace certificates,
- invalidate incorrect versions.
4.4 The corrected or latest version shall supersede all previous versions.
5. Withdrawal, Retraction, Suspension, and Revocation
5.1 RSYN Research LLP may at its sole discretion, with or without notice, withdraw, revoke, suspend, or cancel any certificate in cases including but not limited to:
- publication retraction or corrigendum,
- ethical concerns,
- authorship disputes,
- administrative review,
- regulatory or legal requirements,
- publisher policy changes,
- court orders or legal advice.
5.2 Upon withdrawal or revocation:
- the certificate shall be deemed null, void, and invalid,
- verification portals may reflect a “Withdrawn,” “Revoked,” or similar status.
5.3 Such disclosure is made in good faith for academic integrity and shall not constitute defamation, negligence, or wrongful conduct.
6. No Liability and Limitation of Responsibility
6.1 RSYN Research LLP shall not be liable for any:
- loss of employment opportunity,
- denial of promotion,
- rejection by CAS / API / NAAC / UGC bodies,
- reputational harm,
- financial loss,
- consequential or indirect damages,
arising from issuance, correction, delay, non-issuance, or withdrawal of any certificate.
6.2 Certificate holders acknowledge that final authority for evaluation and acceptance lies solely with third parties, not RSYN Research LLP.
7. No Guarantee of Regulatory Acceptance
7.1 RSYN Research LLP does not guarantee acceptance of certificates by:
- UGC,
- NAAC,
- Universities,
- Selection committees,
- Employers,
- Any organization, body or committee,
- Accreditation bodies.
7.2 Terminology such as *“CAS,” “UGC,” “NAAC,” “API,” “Research Score”* is used descriptively, not as certification or endorsement.
8. Indemnification
8.1 Certificate holders agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RSYN Research LLP, its partners, employees, consultants, affiliates, and agents from any claims arising from:
- misuse of certificates,
- misrepresentation,
- disputes with employers or institutions,
- legal claims made by third parties relying on the certificate.
9. Non-Disparagement and Defamation Protection
9.1 Certificate holders shall not make false, misleading, or defamatory statements against RSYN Research LLP.
9.2 RSYN Research LLP may disclose factual status updates regarding certificates for verification and compliance purposes without liability.
10. Acceptance by Conduct
10.1 Acceptance of this policy occurs through conduct, including but not limited to:
- downloading or using the certificate,
- failing to object within the prescribed period,
- submitting the certificate to any authority.
10.2 If the certificate holder does not agree, objection must be submitted in writing within seven (7) working days of issuance.
Failure to object constitutes irrevocable acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 This policy shall be governed by the laws of India, including:
- Indian Contract Act, 1872,
- applicable civil and criminal laws.
11.2 All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India in Indore.
12. Severability and Survival
12.1 If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
12.2 All clauses relating to limitation of liability, indemnity, jurisdiction, and non-disparagement survive withdrawal or cancellation.
