Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement

Statement of Purpose

RSYN RESEARCH LLP is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures to prevent publication malpractice. This statement clarifies ethical behavior expectations for all parties involved in the act of publishing articles with RSYN RESEARCH LLP, including the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, and the publisher.

Editorial Board Responsibilities

The Editorial Board serves as the primary steward of our academic journals' integrity. Our editors are committed to objective and fair double-blind peer review of submitted manuscripts for publication. They evaluate intellectual content without regard to authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy.

The Editorial Board maintains strict confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts. They ensure that each manuscript is reviewed for its intellectual content without commercial influence. Our editors take reasonable responsive measures when ethical complaints are presented concerning a submitted manuscript or published paper.

Peer Review Process and Reviewer Responsibilities

Our peer review process adheres to principles of fairness and timeliness. Reviewers assist editors in making publication decisions through constructive criticism and objective evaluation. They maintain absolute confidentiality of manuscripts under review and conduct reviews with impartiality.

Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest before accepting review assignments. They must not use information obtained during the peer review process for personal advantage. Any manuscripts received for review are treated as confidential documents.

Author Responsibilities

Authors submitting manuscripts to RSYN RESEARCH LLP journals must warrant that their work is original and unpublished. The research being reported should have been conducted in an ethical and responsible manner, following all relevant legislation. Authors must present their results clearly, honestly, and without fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate data manipulation.

Authors must provide sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate their work. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable. Authors should ensure they have written and submitted only entirely original works, and if they have used the work and/or words of others, this has been appropriately cited.

Publication Ethics Enforcement

RSYN RESEARCH LLP maintains clear policies and procedures for handling suspected ethics violations. When a suspected case of misconduct is reported, we follow these principles:

Investigations are conducted with fairness and confidentiality. The publisher works closely with editors to investigate allegations thoroughly. All parties involved are given an opportunity to respond to any allegations. We maintain clear records of all incidents and their resolution.

Corrective Measures

When misconduct is confirmed, appropriate corrective measures are taken, including:

  • Publication of corrections, clarifications, or retractions
  • Direct communication with authors' institutions or funding agencies
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of publishing privileges
  • Removal of articles from online platforms when necessary

Research Standards and Data Integrity

We uphold rigorous standards for research methodology and data handling. All research must comply with relevant guidelines and regulations. For research involving human subjects, authors must ensure compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and obtain appropriate institutional review board approval.

Data supporting research findings should be properly archived and accessible upon reasonable request. Authors must maintain raw data and analytical procedures for at least five years after publication. Any limitations of the research methodology must be clearly explained in the manuscript.

Authorship and Acknowledgment

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the research's conception, design, execution, or interpretation. All individuals who made substantial contributions should be listed as co-authors. The corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript.

Those who participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project but do not qualify as authors should be acknowledged. Sources of funding should be clearly stated, and any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

Authors retain copyright of their work while granting RSYN RESEARCH LLP the right to publish and distribute the work. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use any copyrighted material. The publisher will defend copyright and published content from misuse, plagiarism, and fraudulent activity.

Corrections and Retractions

When significant errors are discovered in published articles, authors are obligated to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate in taking appropriate corrective action. If the error renders the work or substantial parts of it invalid, the paper should be retracted with an explanation of the reason for retraction.

Commitment to Professional Development

RSYN RESEARCH LLP is committed to continuous improvement in publication ethics. We regularly review and update our policies to reflect evolving best practices in scholarly publishing. We provide resources and training to our editorial teams to ensure consistent application of ethical standards.
