Cancellation and Refund

RSYN Research LLP currently offers digital products (ebooks and downloadable content) and publishing services. At present we do not ship physical products. The terms for physical products below apply if and when physical products are offered. See also our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Return Policy for Physical Products

Books and Journals

  • 14-day return window from delivery date
  • Product must be unopened and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item
  • Replacement available for damaged or defective items

Conditions for Returns

  1. Items must be returned in original packaging
  2. All accompanying materials must be included
  3. Return authorization number required (obtainable from customer service)
  4. Clear photos of damaged items required for defective claims
  5. Original order number must be provided

Digital Products Refund Policy

Ebooks and Digital Content

  • 15-day refund window from purchase date
  • Refund only available if content has not been downloaded
  • No refunds on partially downloaded or accessed content
  • System logs will be checked to verify download status
  • Refund processed to original payment method within 7 business days

Special Cases for Digital Content

  • Technical issues preventing download: Extended support provided
  • Compatibility issues: Format conversion assistance available
  • Corrupt files: Immediate replacement provided
  • Wrong purchase: One-time exchange for the correct title. If the correct title has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference. No refund will be provided if the correct title has a lower price.

Cancellation Policy

Physical Products

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping
  • Full refund for canceled orders; a processing fee (10%) may be deducted
  • Cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of order placement

Digital Products

  • Cancellation is only available before download initiation (that is, if a download link has been generated or delivered, no cancellation is possible)
  • Refund for canceled digital orders: 7 working days after approval
  • No cancellation after download link activation

Publishing Services (Research Articles, Books and Chapters)

No cancellations or refunds are entertained for publishing services, including research article publication, books and book chapters.
