Vigyan Prakash is a Research Journal of Science & Technology published in Hindi with a vision to promote scientific literacy, rational thinking, creative thinking in the people at large, and to unleash Fortune of inclusive Innovation in the sprawling colleges of Science, Engineering and Technology. This will promote accessibility to Quality Education in the country. With the implementation of National Education Policy (NEP)2020 focused on holistic education inculcating self-confidence, motivation to build, learn, innovate, and incubate. Both quality and relevance are the objective of this proposed holistic education. It is desirable that graduates of technical institutions /colleges are motivated to provide innovative technology-enabled solutions for the societal problems faced in day to day work. It is also desirable that they attain competence in writing their innovative ideas and research in an Indian Language that may benefit entrepreneurs in MSMEs and people at large as well as derive global acclaim.

Pathway Hindi was language of unity that brought independence to India and that became official language by constitution. India struggled with low functional literacy, low Gross Enrolment Ratio, and meagre S&T infrastructure. Innovation is key to socio-economic development. Inclusive innovation would involve people’s participation. That involves creative ideas that would spring up in people’s language Hindi. Availability of peer-reviewed research findings in Hindi will auger innovation in entrepreneurs and business enterprises. Understanding of new concepts, that is easier in people’s language, pave way to integrate with others and create newer innovative ideas.
Hence, विज्ञान प्रकाश - VIGYAN PRAKASH - a peer-reviewed quality research journal of science & technology - is brought out. It is intended to be quarterly research journal in Hindi with title, abstract and keywords in both Hindi and English, and references as they are referred to. Overview Articles and research papers must be original without plagiarism. Authors need to mention three or more subject experts also to possibly review the submitted article.

Structure and format of article
- विज्ञान लेखकों, वैज्ञानिकों तथा शोध् छात्रा/छात्राओं से वैज्ञानिक विषयों पर शोध्परक लेख एवं स्तम्भों के लिए हिंदी में रोचक एवं ज्ञानवर्ध्क सामग्री आमंत्रिात है।
- लेख लगभग 2000 से 5000 शब्दों के बीच हिंदी में होने चाहिए। यदि यूनीकोड में होंगे तो संपादन में आसानी होगी।
- लेख के साथ लगभग 100 शब्दों का सारांश आवश्यक है।
- लेख का शीर्षक, मुख्य शब्द (Keywords) तथा इसका सारांश अंग्रेजी तथा हिंदी दोनों में होना अनिवार्य है। इससे इंटरनेट पर खोजने में यह लेख भी मिल सकेगा।
- सभी लेख तकनीकी लेखन के मानकों के आधार पर होने चाहिए, जिसमें प्रत्येक संदर्भ का लेख में यथोचित क्राॅस रेफरेंसिंग किया गया हो।
Review procedure
Vigyan Prakash शोध जर्नल में प्रकाशित किए जाने वाले सभी शोधपत्रों को ब्लाइंड रिव्यू कराया जाता है तथा इसका मूल्यांकन मुख्यतः लेख की मौलिकता, इसकी सामग्री, लिखने की स्टाइल, संरचना तथा शोधपत्र की लम्बाई के आधार पर किया जाता है। तथ्यों एवं जानकारी की स्पष्टता एवं तर्कसंगत प्रस्तुति आवश्यक है। यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो लेखकों को लेख को पुनः सुधारने के लिए भेजा जा सकता है। शोधपत्र/लेख में दिए गए प्रत्येक कथन, तथ्य एवं जानकारी की सत्यता आदि के लिए लेखक ही पूरी तरह जिम्मेदार होगा।
