The author warrants that:
- The article is original
- Written by the stated author(s)
- Has not been published before
- Contains no unlawful statements

- Copyright is vested exclusively in the author and free of third-party rights
- Necessary written permissions for quoted sources have been obtained
RSYN Journals aims to disseminate articles as freely as possible under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, permitting unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided proper citation of the original work.

The Corresponding author warrants authorization from all co-authors for jointly prepared articles.
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or fees. The author waives the right to collect royalties for any use of the article by RSYN Journals or its sublicensee, to the extent legally permissible.
- RSYN Journals will publish the article upon successful completion of the editorial process
- RSYN Journals may conform the article to its style guidelines
- The article may be published for free public access
- Authors acknowledge that the article may be published in a manner that is publicly accessible and free of charge for readers
Authors who publish with RSYN Journals agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant RSYN Journals the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in RSYN Journals.
- Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in RSYN Journals.
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.
