RSYN is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct. This whistle-blowing policy is designed to encourage and enable employees, volunteers, and other stakeholders to raise serious concerns internally, without fear of retaliation.
This policy applies to all RSYN employees, volunteers, board members, and external stakeholders.
We encourage reporting of any concerns related to: - Financial impropriety or fraud - Corruption or bribery - Violation of laws or regulations - Serious breaches of RSYN policies - Actions that endanger health and safety - Environmental violations - Abuse of power or authority - Conflicts of interest - Any other serious ethical concerns

- RSYN prohibits retaliation against any person who reports a concern in good faith. - The identity of whistle-blowers will be kept confidential to the extent possible. - Any form of retaliation against a whistle-blower will be treated as a serious disciplinary offense.
1. All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated. 2. The Board Chairman will oversee all investigations, involving relevant departments as necessary. 3. Whistle-blowers will be informed of the progress and outcome of investigations, where appropriate.
Deliberately making false allegations is a serious offense. Any such cases will be subject to disciplinary action.
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
